Lauren Incarnato

District Registered Dietitian Campus Services, Education Division

Lauren is a Registered Dietitian based in New York City and has been a member of the AVI team for over two years. She received a Bachelor of Science in nutrition from the University of Maryland and received a Master of Science in nutrition at Saint Elizabeth University.


Lauren works closely with our culinary team to promote allergen awareness and balanced meals on campus. She believes in a food-first approach to nutrition and feels that all foods have a place on your plate. She is passionate about helping others find unique ways to meet their nutritional needs and enjoys sharing fun and creative nutrition messages at her monthly table talks.
